Riche en patrimoine culturel et naturel Sauzon offre aux visiteurs et à ses habitants un cadre exceptionnel et une douceur de vie inestimable.

Ce logement en duplex de 77 m2 parfaitement situé avec 2 chambres et salle de bain ainsi qu’un garage ,accès par un petit escalier extérieur. Il vous offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités., restaurants, commerces. Vous apprécierez de boire un verre au Bar à côté du logement pendant la période estivale (fermé d'octobre à avril). Vous pourrez accéder avec votre bateau juste en face du logement. Sauzon, un petit port de pêche, situé au nord-ouest de Belle-ile. Composé de maisons blanches aux volets colorés entrecoupées de ruelles qu’immortalisent dans leurs œuvres, les peintres et photographes à cause de son charme particulier, ses couleurs aux teintes pastel et la longue ria plus d’un kilomètre de long qui remonte vers le vallon.

C'est donc à Sauzon au creux de laquelle se niche notre nid douillet :

un appartement lumineux prêt à vous accueillir avec le meilleur des conforts.

La terrasse offre une vue superbe et reposante sur l’arrière port à hauteur de l’aber de Sauzon, décor si joliment changeant au gré des saisons, levers et couchers du soleil.

L’appartement agencé en duplex dispose d’une capacité d’accueil de 5 personnes :

2 chambres à l’étage, 1 première chambre avec 1 lit gigogne 2 places, 1 seconde chambre avec 1 lit double, le salon au rez-de-chaussée est doté d’un canapé lit 2 places.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée (four, frigo congélateur, micro-ondes, plaques à induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle, machines à café filtre et Tassimo...), les WC sont séparés de la salle de bain, une machine à laver séchante et une télévision avec lecteur DVD viennent parfaire l’ensemble de cet équipement.

Située au calme, cette petite maison possède un grand secret, son jardin. Divisé en trois terrasses, le jardin offre une vue magnifique sur le charmant port, l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer.

Le chalet est idéal pour les couples de tout âge qui recherchent une retraite romantique loin de la vie quotidienne. Si vous avez un enfant ou un chien, ceux-ci peuvent être hébergés tous les deux et nous accueillons même des familles plus nombreuses avec les enfants plus âgés campant dans le jardin ! Avec un large éventail de restaurants et de crêperies le long du port, le choix ne manque pas pour manger à l'extérieur, tandis que la cuisine bien équipée est à la disposition de ceux qui préfèrent manger à la maison.

Après une agréable promenade sur le port le matin, pourquoi ne pas passer l'après-midi à boire un délicieux vin français et à grignoter du pain et du fromage, tous achetés dans les magasins locaux ? De nombreux restaurants, des crêperies le long du port sont accessibles à pied. Une location de vélos est aussi à proximité.

Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il y a des navettes qui vont de Sauzon a Palais tous les jours. Les soireés du week-end, si vous décidez de faire votre tour du quai journalier de l'Eglise jusqu'au phare, vous aurez droit a des festivités traditionnelles, danse, musique.(Juillet, Aout uniquement)

Tous les matins, vous pouvez aussi vous rendre au Palais et acheter des produits locaux sur la place du marché.
